Yes, you are welcome to use the facilities subject to the same rules that apply to hotel guests as set out by hotel management and body corporate rules, and subject to availability. You may use the gym, pool, restaurant and other facilities. You will be required to book and pay for any services as applicable.
Being within a managed precinct, The Rockefeller enjoys the triple-tier security of CCID security, The Rockefeller 24-hour security presence and CCTV, and strict guest check in procedures with individual keycard access for each room.
The development is fully compliant with the local fire safety requirements. All SANS fire requirements are in place, including hose reels, hydrant points, ventilation, and fire doors.

Yes. All units are fully furnished and ready for occupation. The cost of the furniture package is already included in the purchase price, with no additional charge to the purchaser.

An initial non-refundable reservation fee of R10 000 (incl. VAT) is payable to secure the reservation of each apartment.
Upon signature of the contract of sale, two payment options are available:
Option 1:
10% Deposit due within 3 (Three) days of Signature Date and mortgage bond approval due within:
- 14 (Fourteen) Business Days from Signature Date for individuals; or
- 21 (Twenty-One) Business Days from Signature Date for juristic entities.
Option 2:
30% non-refundable Deposit within 3 (Three) days of Signature Date followed by either:
- a Guarantee issued from an approved financial institution within 21 (Twenty-One) days of Signature Date; or
- a cash payment into the Conveyancers’ trust account within 21 (Twenty-One) days of the Conveyancers’ request.
Once guarantees are in place, the unit can transfer immediately.
